Invinci · Wonders of the True North
Most brands just exist. Invinci makes yours inevitable.
Not an agency with a rate card, but an invisible force that makes your brand unforgettable.
Request PartnershipWe read the terrain. We set the course. We answer for the arrival.
The North is full of wonders that stop people mid-sentence. They were made by powerful forces you can't see - pressure, gravity, and time.
Your brand needs one such force, and that's what we are.
Chapter One · The Wonders
THE WONDERS OF THE TRUE NORTH.
None of these wonders was built.
Nobody poured Niagara, and no one raised the Rockies. Every one of these wonders is the visible work of an invisible force. A brand needs the same kind of force, a pull that makes customers turn up, trust you and stay. Anyone can push a brand at people. What lasts is the pull.
01 · The Aurora
Be impossible to ignore.
The northern lights are not decoration. Every colour up there tells you what got hit, and how high. Green means oxygen about 100 kilometres up. The rare deep red means oxygen higher than 200. The glow is the only part of the collision you ever see.
People fly across the world and stand outside in the freezing dark, waiting for a sky that never asked them to come. That is what pull looks like, and it is not an accident. The light is the last step of a collision that started long before anyone was watching. Brands earn attention the same way. That collision is between what you say and what you do. Get those two to meet, and people come to you.
Nothing glows on its own.
02 · Niagara
Be unstoppable.
Niagara is not a tall waterfall. It doesn't even make the top five hundred. It is famous because it has never once stopped. Thousands of tonnes of water go over that edge every second, and they have been doing it for about twelve thousand years. In that time, the water has cut an eleven-kilometre gorge out of solid rock, one day at a time.
Niagara never had a big moment. It’s famous and draws crowds because it has never once taken a break. Brands work the same way. A month of noise buys you a month of memory. Show up every day instead, in search, in feeds, in the conversations your buyers are already having.
Then by the time they need you, they already know your name.
Every day beats once a year.
03 · The Bay of Fundy
Rise with the tide.
The tides in the Bay of Fundy climb sixteen metres, the highest anywhere on earth. The same moon lifts most coastlines by about a metre. The difference is the shape of the bay. It happens to be exactly the right length, so every incoming wave arrives just as the last one is coming back, and the two add up instead of cancelling out.
The same thing happens in a market. Demand rises and falls on a rhythm that lifts everybody in it, and yet one company grows fast while the one next door hardly moves. The difference is rarely how hard anyone worked. It's when they worked. A campaign that lands while the last one is still doing its job builds on top of it, while one that lands six months later starts again from nothing.
Do it when your buyers are already buying, and the same effort takes you sixteen metres instead of one.
Timing does the heavy lifting.
04 · The Rockies
Never stand still.
The Rockies have been rising for about eighty million years, and they are still rising today. Wind, ice and water have been wearing them down for just as long. The mountains you see are simply what is left when you subtract the wearing from the rising.
Your brand works on the same arithmetic. Customers forget, competitors spend, somebody new turns up every year selling something close to what you sell, and it all keeps happening while you decide what to do next year. So nothing you built stays built. What you have this year is whatever you added, minus whatever wore away in the meantime.
Stop climbing and you start sliding. That's how competitors gain ground without doing anything different.
Height is maintenance.
Every one of these is a decision somebody has to make.
That's the part we take.
05 · The Boreal Forest
Never grow alone.
A quarter of the world's untouched forest is up here in the boreal. Under the ground, the trees are joined to each other by threads of fungus that carry sugar and nutrients from one tree to the next. When scientists first traced it, they found seedlings sitting in deep shade being fed by the older trees around them.
Think about the last thing you launched. It probably got its own name, its own website, its own campaign. And then it walked out into a market where nobody had heard of it, and nobody was looking for it. Meanwhile, the name people already trust stayed on your older products and did nothing for the new one. That is not how the forest does it. The big trees feed the seedlings.
Do the same, and the next thing you launch never has to introduce itself. Your name has already done it.
Old growth feeds new growth.
06 · The Midnight Sun
Bloom all at once.
Above the Arctic Circle, the sun doesn't set for weeks. The plants get about fifty days of light, and that is the whole year's growing season. So they don't pace themselves. Everything flowers at once, and then it stops.
Now think about how most companies spend their year. Twelve equal slices, a little of everything all the time. It feels responsible. But it is also sunlight poured on frozen ground. Being there all year matters, but spending the same amount every month does not. Your customers decide in a handful of weeks, and those are the only ones worth crowding.
Spend like you've only got fifty days.
Concentrate, then rest.
07 · The Great Lakes
Protect what cannot be rebuilt.
The Great Lakes hold about a fifth of the fresh surface water on earth. Only about one per cent of it is replaced each year. The rest was left there by glaciers ten thousand years ago. Take out more than that one per cent, and no amount of rain in your lifetime puts it back.
Your reputation is like that lake. It filled up slowly, over years, one properly done job at a time. You pay for every quick win out of it, whether that's a discount to make the quarter or a promise you're not sure you can keep. And it takes years to fill back up. Protect it, and you keep the one thing competitors cannot buy.
Trust is a balance, not a feeling
The Science
None of those wonders needed a decision.
Pressure, gravity and time made them, and nobody was in charge.
But a brand cannot function like that. Nothing about it happens unless somebody makes it happen.
And most of it comes down to decisions. What you stand for. What you charge, and whether you hold that price. Which weeks you spend in. What a new product gets to inherit from the one before it. Most companies make those calls in a hurry and hand them to an agency to carry out.
We make them with you, and we answer for how they turn out.

Chapter Two · The Model
You are not buying hours. You are buying judgement.
Here is what that means in practice. We take on a few brands at a time, because judgement doesn't scale the way hours do. We don't quote against a budget you have already decided. We build the budget with you, sized to what you are actually trying to reach.
We are in the room when the decisions get made, rather than being handed them afterwards.
And every engagement opens with numbers we agree to be judged by.
Two instruments, one course.
Wonders Concierge
A CMO's seat at your table
A company can need a marketing head long before it can justify hiring one. Wonders Concierge is that seat, and we sit in it. Tell us what you want the brand to become, the way you would tell the concierge of a grand hotel, and the rest is our problem. When your board meets, we are in the room to answer for marketing.
What the seat coversGrowth Engine
Everything under one roof
This is the engine that never pauses. It runs search and GEO, content, social, short-form video, paid media and design, plus your website and the path people take through it, with analytics reading the whole flow. And when the plan calls for PR, radio, billboards or film, we run that too. It is built to rank and built to convert, and it runs every day of the year.
Every service we runChapter Four · The Terms
We choose whom we travel with.
The companies we say yes to run real businesses, with revenue to grow and ambition that outlasts the quarter. They are also willing to bring us in before the decisions are made, not after, and that last part rules out more companies than budget ever does.
If you want a contractor to run the brief you have already written, we are the wrong firm. We will say so in the first conversation.
Chapter Five · Questions
Asked Before
What exactly does Invinci do?
We run your marketing. Before anything starts, we agree with you what you're trying to achieve, what you'll spend and what your brand should be known for. Then we do the work, from search and content through to paid media, your website and the offline side. We don't touch operations, finance or delivery.
How is a partner different from an agency?
An agency takes your brief and runs it. If the brief was wrong you find out a year later, and the agency was never wrong, because it did what you asked. A partner helps write the brief, argues with you before the money is committed, owns the result, and stays in the room when the numbers are read out.
What does it cost?
There is no rate card, which is the point. The budget gets built with you and sized to what you are trying to reach, so the number comes out of the goal rather than the other way round. The first conversation costs nothing and tells you quickly whether we are in the same range.
Who does the work?
We work across two continents. Strategy and consulting sit in North America, craft and scale in India, and there are specialists leading every discipline in between. It is one team, held to one standard.
How soon do we see results?
No wonder was formed in a quarter, and no brand is built in one. We won't pretend otherwise. Foundations land in weeks, campaigns show inside the first quarter, and the compounding starts after that. We put dates against numbers at the start, so nobody has to guess what soon means.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION
Tell us what you make,
and where you want it to matter.
We read every one of these ourselves. If it looks like a fit, you'll hear from us inside a week.
