WONDERS CONCIERGE · CMO AS A SERVICE
You have the data, the channels and a team that can execute. What you don't have is somebody whose job is deciding where all that effort should point. Wonders Concierge is that seat at your table, and we sit in it.
Request PartnershipThe gap
There are two ways you end up here. Your marketing has grown past the point where it can run on instinct, or the work does not yet add up to a full-time marketing head. So the decisions get made in the gaps between other jobs, by whoever has time.
Either way, there is no shortage of activity. What is missing is a single answer to what your brand stands for. Your sales team describes the company one way, the website says something else, and the campaigns run on a third idea that nobody wrote down.
Nobody is paid to say no, and nobody answers for the year.
The seat
That is what the seat is for. We make the decisions, we know when to say no, and we answer for the year. Four things sit with us.
01
Positioning and messaging
What the brand stands for, who it is for, and the one answer everyone in the company gives when somebody asks what you do.
02
Go-to-market planning and budget optimisation
What you are aiming at this year, what the budget should be, where it goes, and what you are not going to do.
03
Team direction and vendor management
Your marketing people take their direction from this seat, and the agencies and freelancers you already work with are briefed and held to the same plan. Nobody is left deciding on their own what matters this month.
04
Performance reporting
The measures agreed before any work starts, read every month, and carried into your board meeting by us rather than by you.
These are not recommendations for you to act on. They are decisions we make with you and answer for.

A CMO is not expensive because of the salary. A CMO is expensive because the salary is the beginning of the bill.
How it runs
We agree the direction, put the numbers in writing, and answer for what happens next.
What the brand stands for, what you are aiming at this year, what the budget should be. Nothing runs until these are settled.
The measures we will be judged on, agreed before any work starts, not chosen afterwards to suit the result.
The plan goes into the engine and stays there. Search, content, social, video, paid media and the website, every day of the year.
We meet every month, or twice a month on larger engagements. You see the same numbers we see. When your board meets, we are in the room.
No guessing
You will know, because the numbers were agreed before anything started and you see the same ones we do. No quarterly mystery, no report written to flatter the result.
Your monthly fee is set by the package tier you choose. No quote to request, no proposal to wait for.

Questions
A fractional CMO is a senior marketing leader who runs a company's marketing part-time, for a monthly fee, instead of joining the payroll. The decisions are the same ones a full-time marketing head would make: what the brand stands for, what the budget should be, and which numbers the year is judged on. The difference is that the company does not carry a salary, a bonus and equity to get them.
An agency takes a brief and runs it, so if the brief was wrong the company finds out a year later. A fractional CMO writes the brief with you, argues before the money is committed, and answers for the result. Wonders Concierge provides that leadership. Execution is delivered through your separately priced services package, or by your existing team and agencies under our direction.
When marketing has outgrown instinct, or when plenty is happening and nobody owns it. Most companies reach that point well before the work adds up to a full-time marketing head, and that gap is what a fractional CMO is for.
A good one does. With Wonders Concierge your marketing people take their direction from the seat, and the agencies and freelancers already under contract are briefed and held to the same plan. We would rather work with the people you have than replace them.
Less than a full-time hire would. Most of the input comes from a handful of conversations at the start, then a meeting a month. If more of your people's time is needed, it should be asked for rather than assumed.
They inherit a plan that is already running and numbers that are already being measured, which makes the handover faster than starting from nothing. Nothing about a fractional arrangement should be built to make that harder.
